Why this work.

A loan file is a financial portrait - assets, income, intent. Lieng treats each one as a problem to solve, not a transaction to push.

I'm a mortgage banking professional with more than 30 years of experience specializing in residential and construction loans. Over those decades I've built a proven track record in loan origination, processing, and closing, with a strong ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish.

I'm known for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality while delivering efficient, detail-oriented service in fast-paced environments.
