With 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry and 20 years as a dedicated loan originator, I bring a rare depth of expertise and a steady hand to every transaction. Having navigated multiple market cycles, I understand what it takes to guide borrowers through one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives.

I am fluent in both English and Cantonese, which allows me to serve a diverse range of clients and ensure that complex mortgage concepts are clearly communicated.
